Well Mr. Jungle Patrol,

Thank you very much for the contribution. The story here is great, but the art leaves quite a lot to be desired. Almost as if it was apna Pran before his Diamond Comics days.

Didnt mean to sound like a wet blanket ... kudos to you both. I guess one will never be truly happy or content with what one gets.

Till later.

Awesome, AWEsome, AWESOME!!!!! If I could use the smiley which bows in obeisance, I'd use it here...
^:)^

Came to know of this blog through a networking site and missed out on my lunch, reading up Mandrake and drooling over Narda!!! And Phantom:-)...my brother used to have like huge bound volumes of Phantom and Mandrake which I devoured when I was growing up..nothing can match the pleasure I got, lying on bed after school/on a holiday and reading Phantom/Mandrake:-)
Thanks, mister, I really owe you one - have added this blog to my favorites list and you can bet I'm coming back for more...from home!

well, I too have lots of praises to shower on the person behind all this (like everyone else here), truly a great job.

While I hugely appreciate the effort, I should remind the author that he take some measures to make sure this nice initiative doesn't end up in a bitter way. The premontion might sound a bit overdrawn by me, but I guess you all do understand, - "better safe than sorry".

This site is bound to be popular and shall recieve a lot of public attention in coming days, so this is the time to act.

My suggestions for the measures:
* Put up a comprehensive disclaimer.
* Consult the legalese and make sure you don't tread the vulnerable path.
* Continue keeping the website non-profit.
* Set up a fan club, say indrajal-comics-fan-club and probably talk to the publishers and get a consent (not sure how this can be pushed through, but not an impossible stuff) to make available the older versions in public domain or a "make-available" state.

What say, people?

I have some old phantom comics but they are B&W and published by a company called Frew....in Australia.

Their phantom books are huge ... several of them are hundreds of pages.

In case anyone is interested in buying them, please e-mail. All are in mint condition.

Qudos to you.
